Luxury Poolside 2 bedroom Apt in Olympic park

Positive: Great place to stay to visit Accor stadium. Easy walking distance -: great spot

Great location, unit was clean, and tidy with all items needed. Positive: The location to Olympic park was the best part. Negative: The booking system failed completely. We travelled six hours to stay in this property. We arrived with some pictures and some instructions. The pictures that were sent of the parking garage were confusing. There is no signage to say what level we were on once in the parking garage, the numbers were all messed up. We then got into a lift which closed on us and the key wouldn’t work to take us to level one we realised we were in the wrong lift however we couldn’t get back out so we had to get out on level one. Then we roamed around trying to find the correct building with minimal Signage. It was a very stressful check in process. The stay itself was amazing and would stay again, but I would suggest they make the check in easier and simpler.

Negative: Bookings.com didn’t sent through the directions of what to do once we had the keys. Luckily we ran into the owners and they was extremely helpful!!
